symphony of the soul
Symphony of the Soul is a site-specific artwork and activation based on the concept of collective healing. It exists at the intersection of the visual arts and the healing arts, weaving together breathwork, music and sacred geometry. Symphony of the Soul defies categorization and exists as a liminal work of performance art that comes alive when people come together to breathe and access non-ordinary states of consciousness. Each activation is different, reflecting the uniqueness of the people who come together and the particular consciousness that is generated. Symphony of the Soul debuted at the FIM Capitol Theatre in Flint, Michigan and was created by Vivian Rosenthal.

Vivian, known as the winged woman of the wind, is a ceremonialist. She is part artist, part healer, part architect. She creates sacred spaces for collective healing and awakening.
She is the creator of Symphony of the Soul, the Frequency Breathwork Practice and the Diamond Rose Sanctuary.
Her art weaves together site specific immersive architectural activations with light, color, sound and breath frequencies to create shifts in consciousness.
Vivian received her BA from Brown University and her Masters in Architecture from Columbia University. Her graduate thesis examined how immersive spaces shape and affect our psychology, which later informed her creation of the Frequency Dome, an immersive set and setting which used animated sacred geometry inside of a womb-like space to create a safe and sacred container for collective healing.
Over the last decade, Vivian’s dedication to alleviating mental health has led to her guiding over 10,000 people through therapeutic breathwork sessions in immersive art settings. Additionally, Vivian is working alongside a group of scientists and researchers on a pilot study to show the efficacy of breathwork to treat PTSD.
